It is the perfect amount of time to change or introduce a new habit in your life. Choose to form any healthy habits such as diet, exercise, or lifestyle changes and do it for the next 21 days. You are going to see how these healthy habits become part of your life.

Participation
You may register yourself via the link with the selected health challenge that you will do for the next 21 days.
All entries must be submitted through the link within the registration period (1st to 11th July 2022). Any entries received thereafter shall not be entertained.Â
 Challenge period
The contest period shall commence from: Jun to July 2022

How to Join?
All entries must fulfill all the steps stated below:
Step 1: Goal
Set a health challenge for yourself such as diet, exercise, and lifestyle habits that you will do for the next 21 days.
Step 2: Participate
Fill in the participation form through this link
Step 3: Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation via email on health challenge goal that you have set for yourself based on agreement from the Organiser.Â
Step 4: Begin
You may start the 21 days challenge any day after receiving the confirmation email.Â
Step 5: Share
You would need to post the photo or video of the challenge on your personal social media through any of these platforms (Facebook or Instagram) and do remember to set the post to public.Â
First Post: On the 1st day of challenge, share the challenge invitation card and your thoughts.Â
Second Post: On the 7th day of challenge, share your 1st week progression (in photo/video).Â
Third Post: On the 14th Day of challenge, share your 2nd week progression (in photo/video).Â
Final Post: On the last 21st Day of challenge, share your 3rd week progression and your thoughts on these 21 days journey (in photo/video).Â
You may add the sticker template that shared in the confirmation email to your video or photo before you post on your social media.
Step 6: Tag us
