How are vitamin B groups associated with energy production?
The vitamin B groups are mostly involving in the metabolism of nutrients (carbohydrate, protein and fats). Upon eating, the food is digested and broken down into extremely small particles for body absorption. From there, the vitamin B groups help to convert the absorbed nutrients into energy for our body usage.
