Terms & Conditions

Campaign Period

  1. The ‘BiO-LiFE Probiotics ‘Cleanse Your Gut & Home at The Same Time’ Nationwide Spend & Win Campaign’ by BiO-LiFE – [“Campaign”] will commence from 1st July 2024 and will end on 31st Aug 2024, at 11.59PM only [“Campaign Period”].
  2. BiO-LiFE Marketing Sdn Bhd [“Organizer”]reserves the right to make any amendments to the Campaign Period at any time without any notice.

Entry Submission & Eligibility Criteria

  1. To participate in this Campaign, participants are required to fulfil the steps below:
  • Step 1: Purchase BiO-LiFE A.B. Adult Gold Pre & Pro,B. Junior Pre & Pro, A.B. Imunix, Advanced Multiblend Probiotix, Proutix™, Oralbiotix K12 or Probi. LP299V in a single receipt at any pharmacy store in Malaysia, including both physical and online store or at BiO-LiFE official Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop.

Step 2: Participants of Campaign stand a chance to win by submitting their name and receipt image via Whatsapp to +6017 -646 9569. Multiple entries per user are acceptable, with new receipt required for each entry. Only photos of the original receipts are accepted; duplicates and photocopies are not allowed.

  1. Organizer reserves the right to reject/disqualify any participation if the submitted information and/ or proof of receipts are illegible/ incorrect/ suspected fraud.
  2. This Campaign is open to Malaysians aged 18 and above.
  3. Permanent and/or temporary staff or employees of Organizer are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
  4. Employee and immediate family members of the Organizer, their advertising agencies, subsidiaries, agencies, and suppliers are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.

Winner Selection Process

  1. Submitting one (1) original and complete receipt, meeting eligible criteria with Full Name, via WhatsApp to +6017-646 9569 within the stipulated Campaign Period will deem you eligible to participate in the campaign.
  2. There are Three (3) Grand Prizes, Five (5) Second Prizes, Ten (10) Third Prizes and Twenty-five (25) Consolation Prizes to be won in this Campaign.
    1. The Grand Prize consists of Three (3) Dyson V8 Slim Fluffy.
    2. The Second Prize consists of Five (5) Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier 4.
    3. The Third Prize consists of Ten (10) Panasonic 2.0L Juicer.
    4. The Consolation Prize consists of Twenty-five (25) BiO-LiFE products worth RM600.
  1. The Organizer reserves the right to replace any prizes with items of similar value without prior notice.
  2. Winners will be announced on the BiO-LiFE official Facebook page in September 2024. The Organizer will notify the winners via Whatsapp. Each winner is responsible for responding to the notification and providing their details (full name, contact number, mailing address and email address) within SEVEN (7) working days from the date of notification. Failure to do so, prizes shall be forfeited or disposed. Hence, Organizer shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
  3. Participants are responsible for ensuring their personal details provided are current and updated with the Organizer in the event of any changes being made. The Organizer will not be held liable in the event of the loss or delayed delivery of the prizes.
  4. Participant’s responsibility to ensure their personal details provided are current and updated with Organizer in the event of any changes being made to the same by the shortlisted participants. Further and for the avoidance of any doubt, Organizer shall not be liable for any telco charges, roaming or phone charges which is to be borne by the shortlisted participants, whether in or outside Malaysia as a result of Organizer contacting the shortlisted participants. Organizer reserves the right to record these telephone conversations.
  5. The allocated prizes are not redeemable for cash or exchanged with equivalent value.

General Terms & Conditions

  1. Organizer reserves the right to publish or display the name, picture and city of residence of the eligible participants who won the prize(s) for this contest for advertising and publicity purposes in any manner it deems appropriate, without compensation for advertising and publicity purposes. Non-compliance may result in an alternative winner being chosen.
  2. By entering this Campaign, participants are presumed to have read and agree with all the terms and conditions contained here and will adhere to all and/or any decisions that have been made by the Organizer.
  3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer expressly excludes and disclaims any representations, warranties, or endorsement, implied or express, written or oral, of all prizes offered under this Campaign. All risks, loss, damage, and/or injury associated with the use of the prizes shall be assumed by the eligible participants.
  4. The Organizer will not entertain any entries before/ after the Campaign Period.
  5. The Organizer will not entertain any complaint whatsoever in connection with the

The Organizer shall be entitled to vary, delete, or add to any of these Terms and Conditions or any part thereof and/or substitute or replace the prizes offered under this Campaign and/or to extend, modify, shorten, discontinue, cancel, terminate, or suspend this Campaign by giving adequate notice to eligible participants.
  7. No compensation in cash, refund, replacement, or any kind shall be given to the eligible participants for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the eligible participants as a direct or indirect result of such variation, deletion, addition, or alteration of these Terms and Conditions and/or the extension, modification, cancellation, suspension, or termination of this Campaign.
  8. The decision of the Organizer in relation to every aspect of this Campaign shall be final, binding, and conclusive. Any form of disputes and/or complaints through any kind of medium will not be entertained.
  9. The Organizer will not assume any responsibility for the prizes offered under this Campaign and accept no liability (including without limitation, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third party) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise in connection with this Campaign, even if the Organizer has been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance, and all such damages are expressly excluded.
  10. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prizes or the use thereof. It is the responsibility of each participant to seek independent advice on the possible implications this may have on his/her own financial situation.

 

Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”):

  1. By participating in this Campaign, all participants consent to allow the Organizer to process and disclose to any third party, all personal data of the participants provided by the participants pursuant to this Campaign for any and all purposes relating to this Campaign and any and all other activity relating to or arising from the course of business or businesses of the Organizer including, without limitation for the running of this Campaign and or any event or publicity of the Campaign in any form or through any media without additional compensation, notification or permission.
