Terms & Conditions:
- Only BiO-LiFE Privilege Active Members are entitled to participate using BiO-LiFE product range token points in this redemption programme.
- Redemption form with incomplete data and/or without correct number of token points will not be processed.
- All redemption submitted cannot be exchanged, cancelled or returned.
- Token points are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash value.
- Delivery of item within 3-10 weeks upon receiving the redemption request at BiO-LiFE Office.
- All redemptions will be delivered to members’ delivery address as per the redemption form.
- Recipients to examine all item upon receipt. Faulty, damaged, and/or defective goods must be returned immediately in the original packaging within 1 week to BiO-LiFE Office at members’ own cost.
- The redemption form must reach us by 15th July 2023. Redemption Form that reached us after the stated date will not be entertained. BiO-LiFE Marketing Sdn Bhd will not be held responsible if your mail to us is lost in transit.
- BiO-LiFE Marketing Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- No claims of any nature on the programme can be made against BiO-LiFE Marketing Sdn Bhd.
